Meet Our Team
THOMAS T. DAWSON / CEO
Tom considers himself the Company Coach-always looking to solve client and subcontractor issues. His more than 30 years of experience in the Construction business includes the completion of well over 525 large-scale projects, including more than 47,000 units. Tom is a Licensed Contractor in over five states. He has been a licensed NCARB Architect in two states and holds various construction certifications. Tom graduated from the Pratt Institute with a Bachelors of Architecture.
JON G. OPFELL / COO
Jon was born with a hammer in his hand. Jon's greatest attribute is his love and knowledge of building and construction. He has completed in excess of 350 projects as the project executive here at Precision. Jon is licensed as a General Building Contractor in both California and Arizona, and has been an integral part of the PGCC team since 1995. He graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a degree in Liberal Arts.
JAHAN MISSAGHI / CFO
Jahan has been with Precision since 1998. In his 20+ years here, he's over-seen the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the financial of the business. He orchestrates cash flow and handles all financial reporting and client/vendor relationships. Jahan received his Masters in Business Administration from The University of San Francisco.
FADI QAMHIYEH / Central California Regional Director
Fadi currently heads the Central Valley Office for Precision General Commercial Contractors. On his spare time, Fadi enjoys traveling with his wife and four kids. He also loves to watch college football and cheer on his Florida State Seminoles.
DALE MEDLYN / Sacramento Regional Director
Dale manages Precision’s Sacramento Office. Dale has a great attitude and is particularly skilled at working with management and residents.
SKIP HOLMES / Southern California Regional Director
Skip manages the Southern California Office for PGCC. Skip served in the United States Marine Corps with 3 years active duty and 5 years in the reserves.
Our goal is to always achieve the greatest possible impact through our Affordable Housing projects and charitable contributions. We make it a priority to identify where our dollars will do the most good and we spend accordingly. That’s why we’ve invested in causes like IPA (Innovations for Poverty Action), an organization that uses a data-driven approach to identifying and promoting the most effective solutions to global poverty problems.
