Improvements included restoration of concrete decking and either a retrofit or flange nailed windows and doors. As appropriate, either pre-finished or pre-primed siding at all single story one bedroom and studio unit apartment buildings. An exterior painting at all single story one bedroom and studio unit apartment buildings. Replacement of existing primary entrance doors, jambs and hardware to all single story one bedroom and studio unit apartment buildings. New high pressure sodium light fixtures at buildings and carport locations, or through the placement of pole mounted fixtures at walking path areas throughout the site. The interior finishes included flooring and trim, cabinetry, countertops, entrance doors. Leasing office received a complete remodel: new walls, flooring, kitchen, windows, electrical etc.

The pool area received a facelift as well: the bottom of the pool was re-surfaced, bathroom remodeled, new gate, a wood pergola installed, new outdoor furniture, BBQ, plats and drip sprinkler system at pool area. And finally landscaping throughout the site, irrigation system tuned up, new plants, and monument sign.
