Pier Park Apartments

Pier Park Apartments, a Low-Income Housing project, was built from the ground up in about 11 months. The amazing part of this timeframe is that the crew had to deal with an extremely wet winter and had to utilize a special lime treatment process in order to facilitate the excavation work. Within 12 months of the "Notice to Proceed," the apartment complex was 100% occupied. Funding came from (HUD) Department of Housing and Urban Development and (LIHTC) Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.
