Description:

The 300 unit apartment complex consisting of 46 two-story wood framed buildings with 160 two-bedroom apartment units, 80 three-bedroom apartment units, 44 three-bedroom townhouses and 16 four- bedroom townhouses, including one community center, one pool house and one laundry/maintenance building.

The improvements and repairs included new 30-year asphalt composition shingle roof, new vinyl siding, hardie trim, removal & replacement of windows, gutters, down spouts, painting, HVAC systems and appliances. Also plumbing, electrical, kitchens, ADA units, asphalt, site grading and site lighting upgrades.
