Stony Point Flats

50 Units

Stony Point Flats is a new 50-unit affordable multifamily community on a previously undeveloped 2.9-acre parcel in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa, CA. The unit mix includes 12 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 14 three-bedroom units. The three-story, walk-up design incorporates a leasing office, clubhouse, and ample outdoor amenity options..

Stony Point Flats incorporates sustainable building design and practices wherever possible. The project adheres to California’s updated Title 24 requirements and achieves a NET ZERO ENERGY rating through the incorporation of 90 photovoltaic solar panels spanning the residential buildings' southern-facing rooftops. All lighting throughout the property and all appliances meet energy-star requirements.

Additionally, 14 of the property’s parking spaces are energized for future installation of Electric Vehicle charging stations. Water conservation is emphasized through the use of low-flow plumbing fixtures and drought-tolerant landscaping.

The project includes the construction of bike storage, laundry facilities, tech center, fitness facilities, and outdoor amenities.
