Stony Point Flats

50 Units

Stony Point Flats will be a new 50-unit affordable multifamily development on an undeveloped 2.9-acre parcel in the Roseland neighborhood of Santa Rosa, CA. The unit mix will include 12 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 14 three-bedroom units. The three-story, walk-up design incorporates a leasing office, clubhouse, and ample outdoor amenity options.

Stony Point Flats will incorporate sustainable building design and practices wherever possible. The project will be held to California’s updated Title 24 requirements and achieve a NET ZERO ENERGY rating through the incorporation of 90 photovoltaic solar panels spanning the residential buildings' southern-facing rooftops. All lighting throughout the property and all appliances will meet energy star requirements.

Additionally, 14 of the property’s parking spaces are energized for future installation of Electric Vehicle charging stations. Water conservation will be emphasized through the use of low-flow plumbing fixtures and drought-tolerant landscaping.

The project includes the construction of bike storage, laundry facilities, tech center, fitness facilities, and outdoor amenities.
