Coventry Gardens
Originally constructed in 1970 to 1972, Coventry Gardens went through a complete renovation of all of its twenty-two 2-story apartment structures including 18 ADA unit conversions and the construction of a new Community Building. Exterior work included roof replacement, brick re-pointing, window replacement, vinyl siding, entry and Mechanical Room doors, wall pack light fixtures and a new CCTV security system. The interior efforts included replacement of cabinets and countertops, new paint, flooring, bathtubs/tub surrounds, low flow plumbing fixtures, water heaters and AC units, electrical panels, switches and outlets, and also involved installing new Energy Star rated appliances.
